Vice-President of the Management Board supervising the Technology Area
Artur Kurcweil has over 20 years of managerial experience in the IT area. From 2011 to 2021 he worked at PZU Group, from 2019 onwards as Managing Director for Digitalization. He was responsible for the digital transformation of the Group's services, IT projects, business continuity and cyber security implementations. He also served as Director overseeing the Innovation Lab, an entity dedicated to working with international startups, testing and implementing innovations within the PZU Group.

Prior to 2011, he spent over 5 years at IBM and 8 years at Siemens Group. Thanks to the 3-years work in the Siemens headquarters in Munich, he gained international project experience and knowledge in the field of consulting and international IT management.

In his work Artur Kurcweil focuses on innovation, digitalization and process efficiency as well as dynamic development of multi-channel business. Thanks to his professional experience both on the client's side and as a service provider, he understands market needs and dynamic changes in the area of new technologies.

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Cyber Security Management and from the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics and a Master's degree in Economics.
