Born on 29 April 1973, lawyer by profession. In 1998 he graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
In 1998 he started his professional career at the Voivodship Office in Poznań. In 2002 he became the Director of the Department of Civil Affairs and Crisis Management at the District Office in Poznań. He has been working in the City Hall since October 2003, from the beginning in the Organizational Department. Until 2011 as a deputy director, then – after a few months of performing his duties – as the director of this Department. Deputy Mayor of the City of Poznań since 2015.
Lecturer in the field of public administration reform at the People's University in Poznań from 1999 to 2000. Graduate of postgraduate studies in labour law.
As of 2019, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Poznań International Fair and Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Remondis Sanitech Poznań Sp. z o.o.
Participant of numerous trainings, among others on the functioning of crisis management centers, rescue in the Hanover region in Germany. Completed numerous courses in management, public information, management control and HR.
Winner of numerous local government tournaments in tennis.
Privately a husband and father of two children.
