President & Managing Director Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland and CEO of TVN

Kasia Kieli is considered one of the most influential people in the media industry worldwide. As President & Managing Director of Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland and CEO of TVN, she is responsible for the expansion and development of the broadcaster's channels and streaming platforms in the country. The Group has a leading position in the Polish media market – it regularly reaches almost 17 million viewers a day and its channels gather monthly viewers of over 30 million people. The Group's channels are leaders in specific thematic categories: entertainment, news, sports, lifestyle and others.
From 2017 to 2022, as President & Managing Director of Discovery EMEA, she oversaw business development across 140 markets. She was responsible for executing the company's global strategy for dynamic growth and managed a portfolio of 50 channels, as well as a suite of digital products and D2C (direct to customer) services in EMEA. Kasia Kieli has successfully led a number of mergers and acquisitions – in 2018, she led Discovery's integration with Scripps Networks Interactive in Europe, taking direct leadership of TVN, the leading TV broadcaster in Poland, and creating the largest market outside the US in the company's structure. She also successfully oversaw the integration and acquisition of Eurosport in 2015. She introduced Discovery to Poland in 2000, setting up an office in Warsaw. At that time, her team consisted of 2 people, and now has over 4200 employees. Today Warsaw is one of the most important centers of Warner Bros. Discovery in Europe and in the world. 
Kasia Kieli is a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School. She also completed MBA studies and received a diploma from the University of Calgary. She also earned a degree in American History from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana (USA), where she taught after graduation. She was named to Forbes Women's "50 over 50" list in 2022, as well as the 100 Women of the Year in 2020.
