Head of legal, compliance and public affairs at Jutro Medical

Jan is a legal advisor and e-health specialist, a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, a graduate of law at WPIA UW and e-marketing at Lazarski University.

Between 2014 and 2022, he gained experience leading the healthcare law and new technologies team in the Life Sciences practice, Domański Zakrzewski Palinka sp. k. law firm. Previously, he gained experience as a project manager in an online pharmacy and in another renowned law firm.

Additionally Jan manages, as President of the Board, the Telemedicine Working Group Foundation, an entrepreneurial organization established to support the responsible, high quality development of telemedicine. Jan led the preparation of many documents that had a significant impact on setting standards in the area of telemedicine and e-health, as well as building platforms of agreements between many organizations of various profiles operating in the health care system (including the Interdisciplinary Standard for Telemedicine Services – www.telemedycyna-standard.pl ).

He is actively involved in many organizations aimed at improving the quality of health care, including the Committee on Informatics and Telemedicine of the Polish Cardiac Society.
