TVN Group

Dominika Stępińska-Duch is Director of the Legal Department of the TVN Group, she sits on the management boards of several companies belonging to the group (including TVN S.A., STAVKA sp. z o.o., and Green Content sp. z o.o.); she is also Vice President of the Association of Private Media Employers at the Lewiatan Confederation. At TVN Group she is responsible for legal issues, information security and compliance.
Before joining TVN, she was a partner in leading law firms in Poland: Raczkowski Paruch and Wardyński i Wspólnicy. She dealt with, among others, building, implementing and monitoring compliance procedures, as well as the area of cyber security and criminal law for business, providing services to international corporations and leading Polish companies.
She has over twenty years of professional experience. She has repeatedly held top positions in renowned Polish and international industry rankings, including Rzeczpospolita, Chambers & Partners and Who is Who Legal. In 2021 she was listed as one of the "25 best lawyers in business" by "Forbes Women" magazine.
She is actively involved in the structures of many prestigious international organizations gathering legal professionals. She holds such positions as: Secretary of the European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers Association and Founding Member of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators. For many years she was a member of the Advisory Board, European Criminal Bar Association. Currently she is also Vice Chair of the Women Lawyers' Interest Group (WIG). It is a forum affiliated with the International Bar Association – the world's largest International Bar Association.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University and qualified as an attorney in Warsaw.
