Monika Fill holds a Master's degree in European Studies from University of North London, UK and a Master's degree in Stern Leadership Academy from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the Institute of Applied Social Sciences and English Philology from Warsaw University. She also holds a diploma in insurance from the Academy of Finance in Warsaw.

During her 20-year professional career she has been associated with the financial, pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors, where she held managerial and executive positions responsible for sales and marketing. Member of the supervisory boards of a listed company, a real estate holding company and a mutual insurance company.

For many years involved in charity projects. As President of the WSE Foundation she launched the "Go4Poland" project aimed at encouraging Polish graduates of foreign universities to return to Poland. As President of the Management Board of the Vox Feminae Foundation, she initiated an annual nationwide competition for employers "Fair to Women", which aims to award those employers who promote a culture of inclusiveness and pursue a policy of equal opportunities.

She is a member of the British Alumni Society.
