President of the Board of Trefl Gdańsk SA, Vice President of the Board of Trefl Sopot SA and Member of the Board of Trefl Pomerania Association.
A graduate of the University of Opole, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, he also completed postgraduate studies in Administration and Management. In 2005-2010, director of MUKS ORLIK Opole. Since September 2010. Member of the Board of Trefl Pomerania Association. Since December 2012, present in the structures of Trefl Gdańsk SA – first as Vice President of the Company, and since June 2016 as its President. With the club he enjoyed such sporting achievements as two Polish championship medals, two Cups and one National Super Cup, as well as promotion to TOP 12 and TOP 8 of the Volleyball Champions League.
In his management he pays as much attention to marketing as to sporting aspects. The results of this work include Trefl Gdańsk's leading position in terms of attendance in the entire volleyball PlusLiga, organisational awards, such as the award at the Sport Biznes Polska Gala in the Local Sports Initiative category, and recognition of the club's marketing and communication activities by professional media, such as Brief.pl. One of the biggest challenges he faced as President of Trefl Gdańsk was the withdrawal in 2017 from further sponsorship of one of the State Treasury Companies. Despite far less funding, every year he attracts volleyball icons to Gdańsk – in the last three years, for example, they were the 2014 world champions. Michał Winiarski and Mariusz Wlazły.
Since September 2015, he has also been Vice President of the Board of Trefl Sopot SA. Member of the Strategy Department of the Polish Volleyball Federation and Member of the Board of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Volleyball Association in the 2016-2020 term.
