Director of the Central Laboratory of Technical Inspection in the Office of Technical Inspection. Graduate of: Executive Master of Business Administration (INE PAN), Innovation Manager (Warsaw School of Economics), Faculty of Materials Engineering (Warsaw University of Technology). An expert in non-destructive testing and material testing. During his career he was a technical auditor for the Polish Accreditation Centre and an expert for the National Centre for Research and Development. Lecturer specialising in non-destructive testing. Author of several dozen publications on material engineering and application of NDT tests in technical diagnostics. Manager or executor of works in several dozen of scientific and research projects in cooperation with industry.
