Anna Lutek is an experienced manager in the field of public relations and communication. Since 2020, she has been working for Enea Group, the vice-leader of the Polish power market in terms of electricity production, where she holds the position of Director of the Public Relations and Communication Department at Enea S.A. He supervises and creates Enea Group's activities in the areas of: PR, communication, sponsoring, corporate social responsibility, relations with the environment, as well as investor relations and brand management. Professionally, she is interested in issues related to sustainable development and climate transformation.

She was the CSR advisor to the management board of the Czech company Unipetrol (Orlen Group). She also managed the corporate communication area in Lotos Group. She also managed the Information Centre of the Ministry of Culture. She gained her professional experience in, among others, Polish Radio S.A., Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency S.A. and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Warsaw, where she completed two specialisations: business and clinical psychology, and of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
