He manages the Poznań Local Tourist Organisation, responsible for the promotion and development of tourism in the Poznań agglomeration. It also includes a specialised unit supporting the acquisition of congresses for the capital of Wielkopolska – Poznań Convention Bureau. He led to the expansion of the membership structure in the organization, which is based on the local governments of the Poznań agglomeration (City of Poznań, Poznań County and several other municipalities from the area of the Poznań Metropolis) and the tourism industry (hotels, airport, fairs, restaurants, museums, universities, tourist attractions, etc.). In cooperation with the tourism industry, he supports several dozen events a year, including the largest congresses in Poznań, such as the FDI World Dental Congress, the CISH World Congress of Historians, and the IPSA World Congress of Political Science.
Creator of the "Poznań half price" sales campaign, today copied by dozens of Polish cities and regions, also at the national level. Member of the Expert Council for Tourism, numerous scientific councils, teams, co-author of the strategy for development of tourism in the Poznań Metropolis and Poznań. Awarded with a badge of honour "For services to tourism".
Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, scholarship holder at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and Warsaw University.
