Vice-President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. responsible for research and development, innovations and investments.
 
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.  He has a PhD degree in law. Academic and didactic worker at universities in the field of innovation management.  He worked in public administration, including the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. He gained business experience in companies such as Zakłady Górniczo-Metalowe Zębiec, H. Cegielski Poznań, ARP E-Vehicles. Member of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Chemical Industry. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. Author and co-author of many scientific articles in branch magazines and book publications.
