For others, they are proof that it’s too late, nothing can be done, all we have to do is take away from life all the best it has to offer. Which of these forces will dominate the consumer choices of future customers? Is it possible to combine the pleasant with the useful in the above light?
  • Big Data in Marketing. How to use Big Data to create innovative projects that serve people and the brand?
Consumers of the future – people with disabilities. One in six inhabitants of the Earth is a person with some type of disability (sometimes not a consequence of illness or accident, but, for example, age). The value of services and products for them is growing globally by 7% annually. Modern technologies offer them greater inclusivity, working better than before to improve the comfort of their lives. Do Polish companies see a valuable customer in this group? How (im)mature is the domestic market? What does business do for consumers who some say will be a more important customer of the future than Generation Z along with Generation Silver?
  • The biggest influencer in the world – Nature. In times of global climate change, the biggest influence on the shopping choices of millions of customers around the world is not some Social Media personality but… the weather. Until recently, it was important only for selected business categories directly related to it. Today, its influence is much wider. How much confusion does it cause in business? How much does it influence the attitudes and behavior of consumers?

Design Manifesto

DESIGN MANIFESTO vol. 2 – a continuation of the first manifesto on the Polish market devoted to design. Our manifesto consists of 6 values: COURAGE, FREEDOM, RESPONSIBILITY, DIVERSITY, EYES WIDE OPEN, UNLEARNING. Today we announce that… 2024 is the year of RESPONSIBILITY and INSPIRATION. In this thematic track, you will learn how to design your business well, taking advantage of trends and change signals. Thanks to non-obvious combinations of speakers from various fields – business, science, art – you will learn about business opportunities inspired by the reality that surrounds us. You will gain tools and motivation to introduce real changes in your organization. We ask questions and question the status quo, because real change results from searching, observing and leaving one’s comfort zone. Get to know two thematic blocks:

RESPONSIBILITY How to create a responsible business that uses overproduction of goods? Are we able to eliminate the negative impact on the natural environment at every stage of design work? Is CSR only part of the organization’s strategy? How to base business goals on social responsibility? Does corporate social responsibility contribute to the well-being of employees? How to cope with the dynamics of the times and strive for sustainable leadership? Is it possible to create organizational values based on CSR? Practical tool pills to implement in your organization.

GET INSPIRED with your EYES WIDE OPEN How to look for non-obvious inspirations and signals of change? Does the environment influence the business model? How to keep your eyes open and notice signs of change? How to work with trends in the context of your organization to make it more competitive and innovative? How is the line between the worlds of business, art and science blurring? Should every organization have a team of “scouts” who notice changes and challenge the status quo? And is it necessary to leave the comfort zone? Tools and knowledge pills to inspire you.

Modern State

  • A friendly and wise state that works. That’s how we want to live. To fulfill our plans. To educate ourselves. To develop businesses. How can we make the state like that? We need wise citizens and wise public policies. Only in this way can we use the time and space we live in effectively and with future generations in mind. Modern and inclusive education. Universities that align with the implementation of public missions and international strategies. A state that supports mental health and the well-being of its citizens. A public administration collaborating with civil society. These are the topics and areas from which we can start building a friendly and wise state, where science and education find their place, and citizens actively participate in designing and implementing public policies. A state in which entrepreneurship and economic freedom are supported through wise public policies.
  • Education as a public policy fostering entrepreneurship: schools. Education is a prerequisite for a wise and friendly state. Education that develops critical and analytical thinking should be the foundation of education from its very beginnings. What impact does well-prepared public policy in the field of education have on the functioning of an entrepreneurial society? What should schools be like so that those learning in them become responsible for themselves and others, proactive citizens, and contribute to the creation of a well-functioning state in the future?
  • Education as a public policy fostering entrepreneurship: universities. Universities are institutions of science and education that have an important social role to fulfill – through education, the creation of science and art, as well as their public activities and cooperation with businesses serving society. The significant role of modern universities responding to the needs of the environment and influencing the changes taking place in that environment requires strengthening and supporting by the public policy of a wise state, fairly funding access to high-quality education, supporting scientific research, and implementing its results in business.
  • Mental health as a public policy. Mental health and well-being are not just individual matters. This is a topic increasingly raised in the context of business activities, where people are seen as the greatest asset. Strengthening mental health requires systemic actions to support those in need of help and to build competencies where they are needed. The most cost-effective support is effective support. To achieve this, thoughtful public policy in the area of health treated as a priority is needed.Rule of law state and civil society. A rule of law state that supports citizens, their agency, entrepreneurship, provides space for the realization of individual aspirations, and at the same time is just. A state open to international cooperation and cultural diversity. How to create structures of such a state, where the well-being of citizens is at the center of action? How can citizens co-create a wise, friendly state that allows for the realization of plans? How to support economic freedom and entrepreneurship? These are questions worth answering so that we can live in a friendly, wise, well-functioning state.
