The Administrator of the Personal Data is the IMPACT FOUNDATION, ul. Stawki 3A/47, 01-193 Warsaw, Poland. For issues regarding your personal data, we encourage you to contact us via traditional postal mail sent to the Administrator's address, or via email at: iod@odokancelaria.pl (this includes matters related to withdrawal of consent for processing). We process your data to perform the contract, based on Article 6.1.c, GDPR in connection with the creation of an Account on a Website and registration for an event organized by the Administrator – an edition of the Impact Congress – an after additional consent is provided to send commercial communication via telecommunication devices (phone, tablet, computer) and a Newsletter based on Article 6.1.c (consent). The data will be stored until the above objective is achieved + for the period of limitation on claims and financial settlements in accordance with the law (6 years) or until you withdraw your consent, which you may do at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out before it happened. Data will not be subjected to automated profiling. Provision of data is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide this data, however, will prevent you from successfully creating an Account on the Website. Your data will be transferred to entities with which we outsource data processing services, e.g. companies providing hosting services. Such entities process data based on a contract with us.
