President of the Management Board, SGB-Bank SA since September 2018. He’s a visionary and pragmatist, who changed the technological face of the SGB cooperative banks and bringing them on the path of digitalization and mobility technologies. Capable and effective manager, who skilfully combined 160-years old tradition of cooperative banking with modernity, enriching direct relations with clients to online relations, transforming long-awaited process of implementation of IT solutions in the 176 SGB cooperative banks.

He graduated from Poznan University of Technology and postgraduate studies at Poznan University of Economics and Poznan University of Science as well as Swiss Finance Institute at Zurich.

Since 1992 he had been working in BZ WBK S.A., where he held different managerial positions. He was the Branch Director, the Director for the Region of North Greater Poland. Since 2008 he was appointed at the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of BZ WBK S.A. In SGB Group of banks he found his new passion – overcoming the barriers, which seemed to be inextricable for years.
