Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics and director of the SGH Institute of Management. Deputy chairman of the Organization and Management Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, deputy chairman of the CoE and chairman of the CoE. Graduate of the Faculty of Internal Trade at SGPiS in the field of organization and management. He has been involved in business practice for 29 years, having been, among others, deputy director of the Żoliborz District Board and chancellor of SGH. He specializes in CSR issues and managing people in organizations. He has authored and co-authored academic papers on such topics as personnel policy, measurement of intellectual capital and knowledge management in companies, as well as negotiation and CSR.
