Maciej Balsewicz co-founded bValue in 2016 with a group of entrepreneurs and investors. bValue VC is a leading early-stage VC in Poland with €20 m for investments. bValue investment ticket ranging between €200k – €1m per company, and the primary region is CEE. bValue supports founders in: distribution, product validation, recruitment and capital. Maciej is responsible for operations, launching new funds and final investments approvals. Maciej’s passion is hands-on work with entrepreneurs and creating new business opportunities. He has over 12 years of experience in investing and advising companies in Central-Eastern Europe. He worked with leading private equity and venture capital funds of the region, he was involved in many M&A projects, including among others: easyPack, Work Service, Integer, Merlin, IPF Group. He was a Management & Supervisory Boards member in several companies. Maciej graduated economics from the Poznań University of Economics as well as Management Program at the University of California in Berkeley, USA.
