Manager with solid management experience in: building and restructuring organizations, implementing IT systems, and improving the quality of services to customers across the energy industry value chain (manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retail).

Responsible for organizational processes, building the competencies of colleagues, an organizational culture based on knowledge and responsibility, and projects resulting in increased business efficiency and environmental transformation.

An experienced leader with a practical knowledge of finance, she is known for building transparent and sustainable business and social relations in both Polish and international environments.

She started her professional career at the Upper Silesian Energy Company. She gained experience in the Vattenfall Group (responsible for, among other things, finance and controlling of Group companies between 2000 and 2010), the PZU Group (managing the financial and accounting shared services center between 2010 and 2013, as Director of the PZU Group’s Own Economy Center Unit) and the Enea Group (serving as Vice President for Finance between 2013 and 2016, responsible for finance and controlling, risk management, insurance and IT).

Since 2017, she oversaw the finance area at Veolia Energia PoznaƄ, and between 2019-2022 was president of the company, overseeing strategic projects and change management. Between 2022 and 2023, she was president of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland, overseeing, among other things, energy, gas and heat sales and fuel logistics for the Veolia Group.

Graduated in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics in Katowice. She completed an Executive MBA at Stockholm University Business School and the Cracow University of Economics. She also holds a diploma from Ernst & Young Academy of Business, IFRS and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title.

Responsibilities: supervises and coordinates all issues related to ownership supervision in the ENEA Capital Group, as well as those related to human resources and communication with trade unions in the Company and the ENEA Capital Group.
