Legal counsel, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the FinTech Poland Foundation and Future Finance Poland. Previously Advisor to the Management Board of the Polish Bank Association, Director of Legal Affairs of the Cashless Poland Foundation. Professionally associated with the banking sector for more than fifteen years. For many years he has participated as an expert in legislative work on the most important regulations in the area of the banking sector and payment services market. For many years he has coordinated the work of the Banking Law Council at the Polish Bank Association.

Expert in banking law, payment services and systems, electronic banking, electronic identification and trust services, outsourcing, cyber security and new technologies. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He received a degree from the University of Cambridge – Diploma in an Introduction to English Law and the Law of the European Union. He completed his legal advisor’s apprenticeship in Warsaw.
