Director of the Strategy and Digital Transformation Division at PKO Bank Polski.
She has extensive and long-standing experience in banking. She is an effective manager, managing complex organizational structures and key projects.
Katarzyna Dziwulska is responsible for the process of building and implementing PKO Bank Polski’s strategy, developing, among other things, digital transformation, aiming to maximize the bank’s position as a technology company friendly to both customers and employees. The bank’s innovative processes that she oversees also include the area of building and developing Open Banking, with effective data analysis and efficient digital channels, as well as cooperation with the start-up community, including the accelerator program “Let’s Fintech with PKO Bank Polski”, which she manages.
From 2013 to 2022, she was associated with Alior Bank, where she managed, among other things, the largest business unit – the Retail Sales Division. She successfully implemented the sales strategy and set goals, and during the global pandemic she accurately identified risks and managed the change process.
Katarzyna Dziwulska also managed a branch of T-Mobile Banking Services. The globally innovative project she oversaw at the time – an alias of a bank and a telecomm – was a success. During this time she was also responsible for the preparation, implementation and application of extensive monitoring of the implementation of the sales strategy and other strategic projects.
From 2001 to 2012, she was associated with Citi Bank Handlowy, where, holding various positions, she was responsible for sales.
Katarzyna Dziwulska shares her expert knowledge and experience in the area of planning and implementing the bank’s development strategy, building digital competencies in sales, as well as reducing operational risk and increasing the efficiency of the bank’s operations by participating in various committees and councils.
