BIO

He manages the Poznań Local Tourist Organization, responsible for promoting and developing tourism in the Poznań agglomeration. It also includes a specialized unit that supports the acquisition of congresses for the capital of Greater Poland – Poznań Convention Bureau. He led the expansion of the membership structure in the organization, which is based on the governments of the Poznań agglomeration (City of Poznań, Poznań County, and several other municipalities from the Poznań Metropolis area) as well as the tourism industry (hotels, airport, trade fairs, restaurants, museums, universities, tourist attractions, etc.).

In cooperation with the tourism industry, he supports dozens of events annually, including the largest Poznań congresses, such as the FDI World Dental Congress, the CISH World Congress of Historians, and the IPSA World Congress of Political Science.

He is the creator of the “Half-Price Poznań” sale campaign, today replicated by dozens of Polish cities and regions, also at the national level. He is a member of the Council of Experts for Tourism, numerous scientific boards, teams, and co-author of the tourism development strategy in the Poznań Metropolis and Poznań. He has been awarded the honorary badge “For Merits to Tourism.”

A graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he received academic scholarships at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and the University of Warsaw.
