Raphael Minder is a correspondent for the Financial Times in Central Europe, based in Warsaw. Previously, he covered Spain and Portugal for The New York Times. He joined the FT in 2022, and from 2000 to 2010, he worked in Paris, Brussels, Sydney, and Hong Kong as a regional FT correspondent in Asia.

He is the author of two books about Spain. He is Swiss and began his journalism career at Bloomberg News in Zurich.
