Mariusz Dziurdzia is a partner at PwC, an auditor, and a financial expert with over 20 years of experience. He has been with PwC since 1997, where he has led audit and advisory services for medium and large enterprises across various sectors, including industrial manufacturing, energy, real estate, and trade, as well as for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2015, Mariusz has been managing the PwC audit department in Warsaw.

Mariusz’s professional practice also includes managing advisory projects related to financial and management reporting, projects involved in preparing prospectuses for issuance, and participation in due diligence projects commissioned by foreign investors.

Mariusz collaborates with chief financial officers to support them in leading transformative projects within their organizations. He leads a team of experts who, together with CFOs, design and implement solutions using automation, RPA tools, as well as advanced data analysis and visualization methods to transform back office functions, support performance management and executive reporting, and ensure compliance and security in business operations.

Mariusz is a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. He holds the British ACCA chartered accountant qualification.
