A passionate advocate of new technologies and digitalisation, an experienced manager with over 20 years of leadership and transformation experience in the financial sector. For the last two years, as Head of Distribution at Santander Bank Polska, she was responsible for business development in the Retail Client, Select and SME segments, as well as the CRM area and the strategy, development and transformation of the distribution model. Previously, Director of Sales and Distribution at Citi Handlowy, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Alior Bank, CEO of T-Mobile Usługi Bankowe and Partner at McKinsey & Company with 10 years of experience in strategic consultancy in Poland and Europe. She has managed large organisations with responsibility for sales and distribution, digital, product development, CRM, marketing, operations, IT and new business development in Poland and abroad. She has also led large-scale digital transformations, creating innovative business models, strategic partnerships and vibrant start-up environments. Magda designed and developed new remote banking solutions and digital sales models, including online and mobile platforms or an innovative online financial intermediation platform (Bancovo.pl), building omnichannel customer experience.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA program at the Kellog School Management, Northwestern University, IIIinois, USA. She is a mother of two daughters and a son. She loves travelling, water sports and is an avid fan of ice hockey.
