Donata Wolińska – Chief Transformations & Sustainability Officer at L’Oréal Poland and the Baltic Countries

Donata Wolińska holds the strategic, transformational role of Chief Transformations & Sustainability Officer at L’Oréal. Previously, in the same management team, she served as the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer. Over the years, she has held a series of key positions in the boards of international companies such as Unilever S.A. and Tchibo GmbH. She managed commercial organizations as the General Manager of the Cosmetics and Cleaning Products Division, as well as the Director of Modern Trade Sales. She managed multiple categories and brands locally and regionally.

Donata Wolińska is a graduate of the University of Economics (Trade and Services). She also completed postgraduate doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Management), the Higher School of Social Psychology (Social psychology in organizational development management), ESADE (Retail Innovation), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Digital Marketing), and recently the University of Cambridge (Business Sustainability Management).

She has collaborated with startups in the area of biometric neuromarketing research conducted for, among others, the American Advertising Association. She serves as an advisory member on supervisory boards and is also a board member of the IAA International Advertising Association, and the supervisory board of the Polish Advertisers Organization (WFA), as well as an arbitrator on the Advertising Ethics Committee. She is an experienced juror for the Effie Awards Poland, Europe, and the global jury, YouTube Works, and Tik Tok Awards.
