Valéry Gaucherand – President of the Management Board, L’Oréal Poland and the Baltic Countries

Valéry Gaucherand has been associated with the L’Oréal Group and the cosmetics industry for over 25 years. Before taking his current position, he served as the President of the Management Board of L’Oréal Vietnam, where he led the division through a transformation in digital and e-commerce.

During his career with the L’Oréal Group, he held managerial positions in markets around the world, including in Mexico, Chile, Turkey, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Focusing on business development, Valéry Gaucherand is engaged in activities related to sustainable business and innovation, especially initiatives supporting gender equality and planet protection, as well as in the areas of beauty tech and e-commerce.

Valéry Gaucherand is a graduate of HEC Paris (École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris).
