Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board, supervises the Risk Management Division.

He graduated with a master’s degree from the School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking, and completed his doctoral studies at the School of Economics. He was also a scholarship holder at the University of Kiel (Germany). He passed a number of certification exams, including: Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA). He participated in the Leadership Development Program conducted by The John Maxwell Team, as well as the Deloitte Leadership Program.

Marcin Gadomski began his professional career at the consulting firm Ernst & Young (now EY) in 2002, where he carried out projects in the areas of risk, finance and internal audit in financial institutions and non-financial companies. Subsequently, his career was associated with Deloitte Advisory, first as a Senior Manager from 2008 to 2012, and as a Director from 2016 to 2018. As part of Deloitte Advisory, he provided solutions to major financial institutions in Poland and abroad in the areas of credit policy, risk models, credit process improvement for retail and corporate clients, market and liquidity risk management, accounting principles and regulatory requirements, due diligence for acquisitions, among others.
From 2012 to 2016, he served as Head of Retail Banking Credit Risk at Bank Millennium. He was responsible for credit policies and credit scoring models for business lines such as unsecured consumer loans, mortgages and small business loans.

From August 2018 to November 2019, he served as a member of the Management Board of Pekao Bank Hipoteczny S.A.. From November 29, 2019 to April 21, 2020, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Pekao Bank S.A., where he was in charge of the Risk Management Division, then as Director of Credit Risk. As of July 1, 2020, he was reappointed to the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A., where he is responsible for the Risk Management Division. On February 15, 2021, he was approved by the Financial Supervision Commission to serve as a Member of the Management Board overseeing the management of risks material to the Bank’s operations.

Marcin Gadomski additionally sits on supervisory boards as Vice Chairman of the Board in the companies Pekao Leasing Sp. z o.o., Pekao Investment Banking S.A. and Pekao Bank Hipoteczny S.A. Additionally, he is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Biuro Informacji Kredytowej S.A..
