As the founder of Urban AI, Hubert institutionalized research on urban artificial intelligence and built a large, global network of technologists, municipalities, startups, researchers, and other urban practitioners who interact with artificial intelligence in an urban context.

He collaborated with several cities worldwide and urban stakeholders to design and implement urban artificial intelligence. He is the author of several pioneering works in this field.

He is also a lecturer at Sorbonne Université and has experience in urban economics, climate policy, and management.
