He is the head of innovation at the creative production studio Ambassadors and founded Ambassadors Innovation Lab in 2011. In the laboratory, he launched Cube, a creative production platform that streamlines the way brands and agencies manage and create content, serving clients such as Booking.com, VodafoneZiggo, N26, and TBWA\NEBOKO.

Diederik also developed Vocoda.ai, a voice synthesis studio that can create realistic AI-based voices for advertising purposes.
