Mrs. Rachel Dzieran graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and served six years with distinction in the Air Force as an Aerospace Physiologist. She has over twenty-five years of biotech experience with Fortune 500 firms and is the co-founder of a software development company specializing in advanced AI research. Mrs. Dzieran has a Masters in Engineering, specialized in Bioengineering, from the University of Dayton and is currently pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering as a Kummer Innovation and Entrepreneurship Doctoral Fellow at Missouri Science & Technology. Her research explores bridging the Human-AI gap to improve healthcare outcomes.

Mrs. Dzieran is the CEO of the Navy SEALs Fund (www.navysealsfund.org), 501c3 non-profit with the mission of providing support for all generations of current, retired, and former UDT/SEALs and their immediate dependents as well as Gold Star Families.
