Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. Associated with the Out-of-Home advertising industry for more than 30 years. Since 2003 Vice President and since 2011 President of the Management Board of AMS SA – the leader in OOH advertising in Poland. Managing the largest PPP project in Polish history for the construction and maintenance of urban furniture with an advertising function implemented in Warsaw. Initiator of the construction of a nationwide system of EKO shelters based on nature-based solutions. Co-author of many pro-industry initiatives, including the creation of a research standard for OOH advertising. Co-founder of the economic self-government and expert in industry legal solutions.

Member of the Working Group of Experts on PPP of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the Council of the Foundation Center for Public-Private Partnership and the Program Council of the Polish Climate Congress. Actively supporting the activities of the third sector. Member of the “Leaders Pro Bono” coalition and the chapter of the “Man of Knowledge and Experience” Award, as well as the Employers’ Council at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Associate of the Society of Polish Urban Planners. Awarded the Golden Cross of Merit for participation in the creation of civil society.
