With over nine years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to promote dialogue, cooperation, and civic engagement in Ukraine and beyond. As the Director of Open Ukraine Foundation, I oversee the strategic direction, management, and implementation of the foundation’s programs and activities, which aim to foster public diplomacy, support young leaders. I am committed to advancing the values of democracy, human rights, and European integration, and to bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and the community.

In my previous role as a Project Manager at Open Ukraine Foundation, I was responsible for the organizational and logistic support of the program activities, such as conferences, forums, debates, and workshops. I also conducted analysis and evaluation of the program outcomes, reported to the donors, and participated in the strategic planning and fundraising processes. I leveraged my skills in diplomacy, foreign policy, grant management, and project management to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program and to build strong relations with Ukrainian and foreign partners.
