Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona. Since the beginning of his professional career (since 1998) he has been associated with the Poznań International Fair. Since 2007, he has been on the Board of Directors of the MTP Group, in the role of Vice President, and since 2020 – in the role of President of the Board. Tomasz Kobierski is also chairman of the organizing committee of the Cavaliada Tour, Poland’s largest horse competition.

He sits on the Board of Directors of the Association of Manufacturers of Woodworking Machinery, Equipment and Tools Droma. In 2017-2020 he served on the prestigious Board of Directors of UFI – the World Association of the Exhibition Industry, and since 2022 he has been President of the CENTREX Association and Chairman of the Council of the Polish Chamber of the Exhibition Industry. In 2023, he received the MP Power 12 award as a representative of the MICE industry having a significant impact on the functioning of the Polish meetings and events industry.
