Łucja Barbaszewska is the Sales Director for the Commercial Market at Cisco Poland. Since 2019, she has been responsible for shaping the development strategy of Cisco’s commercial market in Poland, managing relationships with customers and business partners. In previous years at Cisco, she was responsible for sales to key customers in the Commercial market. She also managed technical and operational support departments and was responsible for cooperation with the company’s partners. Łucja Barbaszewska joined Cisco in 2007. From 2004 to 2007, she worked at RSA Security, Division of EMC, where she was responsible for developing cooperation with business partners in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Earlier in her career, she gained experience working for integrators and distributors in the IT sector.

She is interested in the impact of telecommunications on the development of children and youth, participating in educational campaigns regarding the safe use of technology. She is involved in promoting technology among young women and encourages them to pursue careers in the telecommunications market. Łucja Barbaszewska is a graduate of Jagiellonian University.
