Sandra Bichl specializes in strategic advisory to business owners and management as well as designing and executing HR and employer branding strategies. More than two decades of Sandra’s international career in recruitment started in 2002 in Budapest, Hungary from where she relocated to Warsaw, as she worked with executives across the CEE. She lived and worked in 9 countries altogether, currently staying in Poland where she spearheads all People & Culture matters as HR Head at Allegro, the country’s most popular online shopping platform.

Sandra’s projects within HR and beyond include hundreds of successful transition and outplacement projects internationally. Over the past years she delivered executive search projects around Europe and trained over 15k professionals, supporting projects including international expansion and post-merger integration. She is a sought-after speaker on HR topics, with highlights ranging from speaking in front of an audience of 2000+ in Mexico City through training a team in Nairobi, Kenya to delivering a streamed TEDx talk.
Sandra is a truly global citizen. Born, raised and educated in Austria, she speaks German, English, Polish and Spanish fluently. She also speaks French and Portuguese “over (or after) a glass of white wine,” as she herself admits.
