Monika Röhr-Łukasik has been an integral part of the Foundever team for 16 years. She began her career as a telephone consultant and, thanks to her fluent command of 3 languages, talent, and determination, quickly advanced, gaining rich experience at various career levels.

As a result, she became Deputy Director, and in 2019, she took on the key role of Regional Director in Poland, and recently also in Bulgaria. Throughout these years, she has remained deeply involved in the BPO industry, where she focuses her efforts on developing business strategies and improving operations with numerous successes.

She firmly believes that the success of every company depends on the continuous personal development of its employees. Therefore, she supports initiatives in line with the #InspireGrowth mission.

As a participant and speaker at many conferences, she promotes a positive image of the BPO Contact Center industry and argues that caring for the well-being of employees directly impacts the quality of customer service.
