Filip Aszendorf is a Head of BCG Platinion Poland, with a background in banking, insurance, and IT consulting. He specializes in post-merger integrations, digital Transformation and solving building tech-enabled customer-facing solutions. Filip has successfully led multiple integration and digital transformation projects, including major banks and insurance mergers in the Czech Republic and Poland. Prior to joining BCG Platinion, he was an IT Consultant at Accenture and held significant leadership roles in customer experience and brand management at AXA. Filip earned a master’s degree in finance and Banking from Poznań University of Economics. His extensive experience and strategic insight make him a pivotal figure in managing complex IT transformations and integrations across the financial sector.
