**Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics** and **director of the Management Institute at SGH**. He serves as the **deputy chairman of the Committee on Organization and Management at the Polish Academy of Sciences**, **deputy chairman of KRUE**, and **chairman of KRUW**.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Domestic Trade at SGPiS, where he studied organization and management. He has been connected with business practice for 32 years; his roles included, among others, deputy director of the Żoliborz District Management and chancellor of SGH.

He specializes in **CSR** and managing people in organizations. He is the author and co-author of numerous scholarly works on topics including personnel policy, measurement of intellectual capital, knowledge management in enterprises, as well as negotiations and CSR.
