Jan Bartkowiak is the President and Founder of Econverse, a foundation that supports the development of entrepreneurship and future skills among Polish teenagers through a series of startup simulations. Econverse debuted at the National Stadium in 2022 and has since supported over 2,500 young people, gaining the backing of leading experts, companies, and organizations from Poland and the CEE, such as the Empiria and Knowledge Foundation, Orange, Google for Startups, and Baker McKenzie. For his efforts in the area of future work and education, Jan was recognized as a Transcend Network Fellow and invited to deliver a speech at Said Business School Oxford University, and Econverse was awarded at the Emerging Europe Awards 2023.

Jan also co-founded and manages AI Consensus, a student organization at Minerva University—ranked by WURI as the most innovative university in the world—focused on incorporating artificial intelligence into the university’s programs and policies. AI Consensus is one of the winners of the Responsible Youth Technology fund, supported by the Archewell Foundation of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The organization has organized events and competitions gathering the most interesting applications of AI in science, project work, and personal development in Hyderabad, San Francisco, and London, hosting experts from Samsung, Wolfram Alpha, and Google DeepMind, and even featuring on the pages of Nature.com.

Jan often represents the voice of youth at national and international conferences, sharing his views on the future of work and education, startup ecosystems, practical applications of artificial intelligence, positive social impact, and everything in between!
