Graduate of the Higher School of Business in Nowy Sącz. He completed his MBA studies at National Louis University and a management program at IESE Business School in Barcelona. He began his professional career in 1999 at HypoVereinsbank Polska.

Subsequently, from 2000 to 2007, he worked in corporate banking at Bank BPH and Pekao SA as the director responsible for sales management systems development. Since September 2008, he has been associated with mBank SA (formerly BRE Bank SA), serving as the director of the Department of Controlling and Corporate Banking Analysis.

From 2011 to 2013, he was a member of the supervisory board of mLeasing. He is currently the chairman of the supervisory board of LeaseLink, a leader in the online leasing market, and the vice chairman of the executive committee of the Polish Leasing Association.

He began his career at mLeasing in July 2013 as the vice president of the management board. Since March 2017, he has been serving as the president of the management board of mLeasing.
