Michał Sas, Director of the Department of Analysis and Legislation at the Office of the Financial Ombudsman. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

He coordinates on behalf of the Ombudsman analytical activities related to innovative financial services and the associated challenges for the protection of financial market customers. He is also responsible for preparing the Office to act as the supervisory body overseeing the accessibility of retail banking services (as part of the implementation of the European Accessibility Act).

He has many years of experience in servicing financial entities, both in terms of legal services and compliance. From 2014 to 2018, he was associated with the local government of the Śródmieście district in Warsaw.
