Magdalena Wilczyńska
Director of the Information Protection Department of Cyberspace at NASK. Expert in countering disinformation. A lawyer specializing in human rights (LL.M., CEU).
She worked as an expert in the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, in the Department of Constitutional, International, and European Law, dealing with issues related to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, rule of law, and judicial independence.
She also participated in research at the Jagiellonian University in the project “POPREBEL – Populist Rebellion against Modernity in 21st Century Eastern Europe: Neotraditionalism and Neofeudalism.”
In recent years, she specialized in countering and researching disinformation in organizations such as Debunk EU, TechSoup, and Alliance4Europe. She also led a team of experts at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in the field of countering disinformation and Russian propaganda.
Fellow of Humanity in Action and the Landecker Democracy Fellowship.
