For many years, she has been associated with the Investor Service Bureau at the Poznań City Hall, currently holding the position of Director. She is responsible for promoting Poznań’s economy and building the city’s image as open to new investments.

Over the years, she has organized Poznań’s participation in industry events both in Poland and internationally. She has been involved in discussions with the largest companies present in Poznań, such as Skanska, Vastint, Garvest, Beiersdorf, Revalize, and Softswiss.

Under her leadership, the Investor Service Bureau and the City of Poznań have won numerous prestigious awards and distinctions. These include 2nd place in the fDi Intelligence ranking of European Cities and Regions of the Future 2024 and the title of the most dynamically developing city.
