For many years associated with the capital market, he gained experience in banks and investment funds. Within the ORLEN capital group, he was involved in Strategy and Innovation and Investor Relations.

Since 2021, he has been responsible for the development and management of one of the largest Corporate Venture Capital funds in CEE – ORLEN VC, investing in areas such as energy, circular economy, new mobility, advanced materials, future retail, industrial digitalization, and alternative fuels.
