Paulina Gasińska
Member of the Board, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Governance at Provident Polska S.A.

Paulina Gasińska has been working at Provident Polska since October 2023. Before joining Provident Polska, she gained ten years of experience at mBank, where she spent the last three and a half years as Managing Director, overseeing the Legal Department, the Department for Counteracting Financial Crime, the Disputed Loans Department, and the Data Protection Office. She also served as the Ethics Spokesperson. She is a co-author of the recommendations of the Banking Ethics Commission of the Polish Bank Association regarding the implementation of ethical culture in banks.

From 1999 to 2008, Paulina Gasińska provided legal advisory services at the Warsaw office of the White & Case law firm.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and Columbia University in New York.
