For many years a journalist, and for the past few years, the president of the Julia Woykowska Foundation. Co-founder of the Women’s History Museum Foundation, chairperson of the Civic Dialogue Commission at the Poznań president’s representative for equality policy, co-author of the Equality Policy of the City of Poznań.

Honored by the Women’s Congress and the British Embassy with the title of one of the 16 Equality Leaders of 2023.

The main goal of her activities is to increase the presence of women in public life and to ensure that their voices are heard and respected. She works together with many other organizations and institutions to make gender equality a reality.
