Legal advisor, doctor of law. Partner responsible for AI and cybersecurity at ZP Zackiewicz & Partners law firm and partner at GovernedAI.com, which specializes in creating AI Governance frameworks in organizations. He has several years of professional experience in the field of new technology law and financial law. An expert in the implementation of artificial intelligence systems (machine learning, deep learning, LLM) from a business, technological, and legal perspective. He not only understands the legal and regulatory aspects of implementing technological solutions but also navigates comfortably in the area of specific solutions from the technological side. He has conducted numerous trainings, workshops, and inspirational talks on artificial intelligence and new technologies.

He has collaborated with major financial institutions and technology solution providers on projects in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and cybersecurity. He led projects related to the implementation of frameworks for AI Governance and trustworthy and responsible artificial intelligence as well as the use of generative artificial intelligence. He has advised banks, telecoms, and eCommerce platforms, as well as smaller entities in the financial market and the public services sector. He was responsible for key areas related to the implementation of new technological solutions, including from an ethical and regulatory perspective. He has worked in banks and supervisory and regulatory institutions, including the Financial Supervision Authority and the National Bank of Poland, and has completed internships at the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank, and the European Parliament.

He participated in legislative work, including co-authoring a legal opinion for the shadow rapporteur on the initial version of the AI Act. He served as the deputy chairman of a subgroup including law and ethics within the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister from 2021 to 2023. Chairman of the Current Challenges of Artificial Intelligence section at the Polish Information Processing Society. Participant in parliamentary work and working groups at the Ministry of Digital Affairs in the field of AI. Author of the book “Artificial Intelligence. A Practical Guide for the FinTech Sector” (2023) and several scientific articles on this topic. He writes the column “Artificial Intelligence in Practice” in Rzeczpospolita.
