Olaf Osica is the Director of the Strategy and Analysis Office at the City Hall of Warsaw. He has been involved in knowledge management, analytical teams, and research for over 20 years.

He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the European University Institute in Florence, where he obtained a PhD in Social and Political Sciences.

He is also an alumnus of the Leadership Academy of the Stern Foundation, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative.
