Geraldine Schenk, Country Director Janssen Poland

Geraldine Schenk has been associated with the Janssen Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson
& Johnson for 20 years. Her experience in the pharmaceutical market spans five countries on two continents in global, regional and country roles, and an extensive knowledge of the world’s healthcare systems with high focus on developing innovative reimbursement models in Europe.

An active participant in pharma associations, Geraldine is also known for innovative ways of thinking and bringing meaningful value to stakeholders. Her commercial experience includes every stage of product development, and she was globally responsible for one of Janssen’s blockbusters that reached US $3.5bn annual sales at peak. She has led teams in hemato-oncology, solid tumors, immunology, neuroscience, and infectious and rare disease. Born in Austria, Geraldine graduated in International Business Administration from the University of Innsbruck. She’s married to a Swiss partner, has two sons and is passionate about history, archeology, literature and sports.
