Sergiusz Ryczel
BIO
Presenter, emcee, public speaking trainer, motivational speaker, sports commentator, journalist, voice actor, reporter, documentary maker, publisher. From 2002 to 2020, I worked at the ITI conglomerate, appearing on TVN, TVN24, and TVN24 BIS channels. From 2008 to 2013, I was a commentator and presenter at the nSport channel, and from 2013 to 2020 at Canal+ Sport. I managed and produced news sports services, public affairs programs, and other sports-themed programs. As a reporter, I regularly covered the performances of the Polish national football team, and as a commentator, I commented, among other things, on Champions League football matches. In the last years of working in TV, I devoted most of my time to speedway and other motor sports such as drifting, superenduro, and motocross. I was nominated four times in the Telekamera “Teletygodnia” poll. My educational background and the energy of a stage performer always pushed me towards people. I want them to feel as comfortable and informed as possible in my company. That is my role, and at the same time, it gives me the greatest satisfaction.
For nearly two decades, I have been hosting business meetings and conferences, press conferences, galas, integration events, incentive trips, fashion shows, sport and entertainment picnics, mass events (including Superenduro GP, RedBull 111 Megawatt, Monster Jam, Teqball World Championships, European Games), and presentations in any format. The more interesting, the more creative, the more skills I need to put into the work, the greater the satisfaction and the positive energy generated.
Based on my experience and skills, I conduct workshops on effective communication, presentation, and public speaking, as well as media training. I help in creating personal video marketing as part of Personal Branding or Employer Branding strategies. My clients include both corporate business representatives and larger and smaller entrepreneurs, as well as all those who promote their services through the camera and the internet. I also work with athletes (including those starting their careers) to improve their media contact skills and on-camera performance.
Educated as an English major, I have utilized my excellent command of the language in both media activities and during my work as an emcee, at events, and in training. I run workshops for international groups and for groups or individuals who conduct their business communication in English.
