Paweł Lewtak has over 20 years of professional experience, which he gained working both in international and Polish hotel chains. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw and as co-CEO of Warsaw Hotels SYRENA, which include the Polonia Palace, Metropol, and MDM hotels. Throughout his career, Paweł Lewtak has successfully overseen the openings of The Westin Warsaw and the Qubus Hotel in Krakow.

He is also the Vice President of the European Hotel Managers Association (EHMA), a non-profit organization founded in Rome in 1974. EHMA represents general managers of premium and luxury hotels across Europe. The association has 450 members in 23 countries, who manage nearly 86,000 rooms and 66,000 employees. EHMA unites individuals, not hotels, including members from both chain and independent hotels. Paweł Lewtak is the first Pole to join EHMA, which he did in 2015.

Paweł Lewtak dedicates his free time to educating future generations of hoteliers, teaching at leading business schools in Warsaw specializing in hotel management. He completed an Executive MBA at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a General Managers Program at the Nolan Cornell School of Hotel Administration in the USA. Paweł Lewtak was awarded Hotelier of the Year in Poland in 2018 and European General Manager of the Year in 2021.
